How Orders Are Confirmed

Botanvè does not process payment on this website. Every order is confirmed directly with our sales team by WhatsApp or phone after you submit an enquiry, where final pricing, delivery, and payment terms are agreed before dispatch.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut cable, pipe, or ducting cut to a specific length
• Opened refrigerant gas, sealed chemical or consumable products
• Items installed or used, unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault
• Special-order or non-stock items sourced specifically for your request

How to Request a Return

Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp at +971 50 814 6571 with your order reference and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange collection or drop-off.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer, within 5–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different size, model, or spec instead of a refund? Let us know when you request the return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
