JZ-500 is a flexible control cable for medium mechanical stress applications with free movement, suitable for dry, moist and wet environments (not for outdoor installation). Commonly used for measuring and control wiring in tool machines, conveyor belts, production line machinery, and air-conditioning and steel production equipment. Adapted to DIN VDE 0245, 0281, 0293 and 0295. Nominal voltage U0/U 300/500V, minimum insulation resistance 20 GΩ·cm, temperature range -5°C to +70°C when flexing and -30°C to +70°C fixed. Bare copper fine-wire conductors to EN 60228 Cl.5 with special PVC insulation and outer sheath (grey, RAL 7001), self-extinguishing and flame retardant per EN 60332-1-2. Also available in an oil-resistant JZ-500 OR variant. REACH, RoHS and CPR compliant.
